Meet the Team Behind the Mission

Our team brings together a diverse group of consultants, strategists, trainers, and tech specialists  all united by a shared commitment to social impact in the SWANA region. 

Bahy Ezzy

Bahy is a humanitarian and development professional with over seven years of experience across the SWANA region, working on migrant and refugee protection, economic empowerment, and social inclusion. He has supported multi-country humanitarian operations within the UN system, led strategic partnerships with governments to integrate migrants and refugees into national youth programs, and designed livelihood initiatives focused on entrepreneurship and financial inclusion. With a strong background in resource mobilization and donor engagement, Bahy brings extensive experience in project management, policy work, and systems-level change. He holds a Master’s in Gender and Development Studies with a specialization in project management. 

Reny Iskander 

A gender specialist and consultant with a strong background in research, policy development, resource mobilization and project management across the SWANA region. She has led initiatives on youth employment, gender-sensitization programming, and social enterprise development, with wide experience in grant writing, internal policy drafting, and assessment processes. Her experience spans both grassroots and international settings, where she has facilitated workshops, produced advocacy reports, and contributed to strategic planning. Reny holds a Joint Master’s in Women and Gender Studies and is currently pursuing a PhD in gender studies and mainstream narratives

Ranim Nasr

Ranim is a development professional with extensive experience in monitoring and evaluation, program design, and social entrepreneurship. She has led M&E strategies for refugee inclusion and youth empowerment programs, including education access for unaccompanied minors and large-scale initiatives on employability and social enterprise development targeting youth and marginalized groups. Her work bridges international and grassroots organizations, combining data-driven evaluation with community-centered approaches. Currently, Ranim leads the identification and selection of leading social entrepreneurs across the Arab region, advancing innovation and inclusive development across SWANA. 

Diana Youssef

A marketing and communication professional, demonstrating over 13 years of experience in the marketing for education and training, health and fitness, FinTech, retail and real estate sectors. She masters working independently and lead highly effective marketing, communication, and brand teams. Her marketing strongest suits are brand management, marketing and communication strategy, ATL & BTL planning and management, as well as budget planning. 

Hanin Fouad

An experienced project officer and freelance consultant with over seven years of expertise in livelihood, education, and social inclusion programming. Certified in Project DPro, she offers structured, results-oriented project management across diverse initiatives. Hanin specializes in developing customized content for employability skills training—including CV writing, interview preparation, workplace communication, and goal setting—designed to empower youth, refugees, and marginalized communities. Her expertise spans social cohesion programs, entrepreneurship development, inclusive mentorship, and capacity building. She also integrates data analysis and reporting to support evidence-based decision-making and impact evaluation for project activities. 

Kenzy Ashour

A Game Developer specializing in gamifying education through VR/AR and interactive experiences. With a Computer Science background and hands-on work on projects like Chemverse (a VR chemistry lab) and Both Worlds (an educational VR game), she combines technical skills in Unity and C# with a passion for immersive learning. Her volunteer work with Catholic Relief Services (CRS) involved designing inclusive educational programs, showcasing her ability to adapt gamification for social impact. Kenzy’s creative and technical expertise makes her a valuable asset for NGOs and social enterprises seeking innovative, engaging solutions. 

Filopatear Iskander

 An experienced senior marketing specialist with over a 10 years of experience in planning and executing impactful on-ground campaigns and brand activations. He has successfully led large-scale events, product launches, and promotional initiatives for prominent brands such as Seoudi, Pepsi, Total Energies, Orange and MCV. 

Marina Nahel

A graphic designer  with over three years of experience and a background in Fashion Design from the University of the Arts London. She specializes in brand identity, packaging, editorial design, and digital content for marketing and social media. Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign, Marina combines creativity with strategic thinking to deliver clear, cohesive, and impactful designs. 

Mohamed Fouad

An International Development professional with 12+ years of field experience shaped up in Egypt, Lesotho, Iraq, Ethiopia, and Mexico. MA in Education and Development with Distinction from University College London. Main areas of expertise are Business Development, Curriculum Design, and Training Delivery.
